I offer encouragement towards a more congruent self and congruent relationships. Everyone has the resources within them to feel happiness and self-respect, however sometimes negative life events challenge our awareness of these resources. Lets discover the roots of pain and lift them up together, you may find you have been the rich nourishing soil all along.
Authenticity in accountability begins with recognizing that we are responsible for our own emotions, actions, and reactions. It is important to remember that our emotional state and responses are our own, and no one else's. This means that we must take accountability for our feelings and refrain from placing blame on others. This can be a difficult concept to grasp, especially when we have been conditioned to view others as the source of our emotions. However, by taking accountability for our own feelings, we gain the power to control our emotions and make choices that align with our true selves.
In order to develop and maintain authenticity, we must first become aware of our patterns and conditioned responses. This involves tuning into our thoughts and emotions, and recognizing how they influence our actions and interactions with others.
It's important to ask ourselves:
-What triggers my emotional responses?
-Do my reactions align with my true self or are they a result of past conditioning?
-How can I take accountability for my responses in a healthy and authentic way?
By asking ourselves these questions, we can start to understand our patterns and begin to make choices that align with our true selves. This involves letting go of past conditioning and recognizing that we have the power to respond to situations in a way that is authentic and true to ourselves. It's also important to recognize that accountability is not about blaming ourselves. It's about taking responsibility for our actions and emotions and making choices that align with our true selves.
